Unifor is holding a Women's Conference from August 10 to 13 at its facility in Port Elgin, Ontario.
The 2014 Conference will be held at the Unifor Family Education Centre in Port Elgin, Ontario commencing Sunday, August 10 at 7:00 p.m. and concluding on Wednesday, August 13 at noon. Bilingual workshops will be offered as required based on registration. Conference registration is on Sunday from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and room check-in begins at 3:00 p.m.
The executive has approved paying $500 each towards the cost for two members to attend, in accordance with the Local's policy on attendance at conventions and conferences. All other costs are the responsibility of the members attending.
